This place is definitely a hidden gem! We came across it during Savor Santa Ana. They were so generous with their "samples." They gave us a full sized tostada filled with mango ceviche.
I love ceviche so I can be extremely picky. Especially when it comes to mango ceviche. The Don Petra at Culichitown is undefeated. Till now. I have to say that Taquerias Guadalajara's mango ceviche is just as great! If you're looking for some yummy, authentic, affordable ceviche, this is your place!
They were appropriately staffed and accommodating. When it comes to ceviche you definitely look at a restaurants cleanliness. Their kitchen was fairly open and it looked extremely clean. The dining area was clean as well. The staff was quick to clear plates and wipe down tables. -

The beans, the rice, the condiments...limes galore
and salsa.
I keep it simple here.
As far as drinks...2 come to mind: horchata and cucumber.
Won't be disappointed! -

This place has some decent and great tasting food. However I'll give this place one star due to the fact they charge there customers to use debit.
I believe in the state of California restaurants are prohibited to charge the customer the fee for merchant service.
So one star and every time I come here I will rate one star due to this fact. -

I never knew this place existed until Savor Santa Ana and I am happy to have tried their delicious ceviche. Their portions were generous and had lots of shrimp and mango in it! I will definitely come back for more and highly recommend coming here for some Mexican food over the food trucks that I used to frequent. The tostada was also extremely crispy and fresh!

Ordered the Torta Cubana, i can pleasantly say i ate the whole thing. The food was neatly prepared and cut to perfection, not sloppy nothing fell out, the vegtables were fresh, avocado was added at no extra cost. Meats were also cooked well and seasoned. Buns were not soggy or over toasted which signifies the bread is made daily. Would Give a five star next time i try another item. Drove 3 hours to find this place while being at Sand Sports Super Show weekend
